Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password (via our authentication provider, Supabase).

Profile information: Display name, age, sex, height, current weight, goal weight, activity level, fitness goals, dietary preferences, and motivation notes you choose to provide during onboarding or in your profile.

Health and fitness data you log: Food entries (including AI-estimated calories and macronutrients), workout entries (type, duration, calories burned), sleep duration and quality, mood and energy levels, and body weight over time. This is considered health-related data.

AI-generated content: Daily tier scores, letter grades, and personalized written feedback generated based on the data above.

Usage and device information: App version, device type, operating system, crash logs, and general usage patterns, collected to maintain and improve the App.

Subscription information: If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and, where applicable, RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details.
